What to Expect
Depending on the client's goal I like to let my clients put 100% into a training session and get maximum value. At the same time I want them to perform each exercise properly, with good technique and maximum efficiency. I will motivate and push my client to the max of their ability in a personalized way. I would like to make sure my client understands everything that we are doing and why we are doing it. I'm also there to answer all the questions.
