A client can expect transformative results not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. I offer my clients a holistic approach to training which addresses the needs of the whole being from diet, exercise, lifestyle, and self-care practices like meditation and massage. As an advanced yoga instructor and personal trainer, I integrate the importance of stretching, breathing, and being mindful of the body during all workouts. Mind, body, spirit balance is the goal.
