About Me

Hi, my name is Alicia. I'm Active Duty currently, about to get out of the military. I'm starting my career as a personal trainer because this has been a passion of mine for over a decade. I LOVE helping people achieve their goals and continue a lifelong journey of health and fitness. I'm also plant based and am very familiar with plant based nutrition. Because my schedule is not as open because I'm still in the military, I have a lot of online training packages available. Please let me know if you would like more information.

What to Expect

I use a full hour for my clients and it consists of warming up, balance and stability, core, main workout based on your goals, and a cool down. Also throughout our session, it's also a learning experience. I like my clients leaving a session knowing exactly what they just accomplished.
