About Me

Hey there! I am a life-long health and fitness enthusiast. I love being active in nature and exploring new places. I graduated from San Diego State University about two years ago with a Finance Degree and decided I wanted to work in the health and wellness industry instead so I immediately got my personal training certification upon graduating and began training clients. Earlier this year, in April 2019, I went to Rishikesh, India to complete my yoga teacher training as it had been a long time goal of mine. I am here to help people improve their health and achieve the body of their dreams. I look forward to working with you :)

What to Expect

I usually start my sessions with a few minutes of breathing exercises as without breath awareness, training is not as effective and flat out dangerous. I then warm up my clients with a mixture of physical therapy exercises and dynamic movements to lubricate the joints and warm up the muscles. Injury prevention is key in my training approach. Then the rest of the sessions are curtailed to the specific needs of the clients. If you are more interested in bodybuilding, we can do that. If yoga is your jam, I teach that as well. If you just want to move well and feel good and strong, a more functional strength and conditioning approach is taken.
