Hi, my name is Fred. I started personal training while active duty in the United States Army. I've worked with individuals who were looking to lose weight as well as build muscle. I fell in love with it and decided to make it a career. I get complete enjoyment from helping people get into shape, reach their goals and achieve things they never thought possible.
