Hey my name is Frederick I been working out for years. In 2009 I lost 70 pounds in 5 months .But gain it back the reason is I lost consistency. But now I'm back locked in so I know what it take which is hard work and dedication. Strength training and a basic diet plan. I decided to be a personal trainer because I love to help people and wanna help you reach your goals.
