What to Expect
One will expect a variety of safe exercises, with plenty of fitness toys (TRX, BOSU and heart rate monitor). I like to infuse Pilates, Yoga, battle ropes and foam rolling in the routines. We start off, with a fitness assessment, this will set the bench mark and answer any questions or concerns you might have. During a regular workout session we start with a warm up and move into dynamic stretches, then the routine, depending on the day (strength, power, endurance) followed by stretching and a great cool down.
