My name is Greg AKA the Black Mamba, a name earned through years of competing in combat sports. Throughout my years of training in boxing,kickboxing, and MMA I have been able to slowly unravel the secrets of weight loss and body toning. I have frequently been asked by friends, family, and old competitors how I have gotten in such good shape in such a short amount of time.
