About Me

My name is Greg, I’m student at San Jose State studying physical education. I received my certification through NASM in September 2018. My fitness journey began in high school when I started working out in my garage with make-shift equipment. I was always a skinny kid growing up so I focused on weightlifting to get bigger a stronger in hopes this would make me more successful as a wrestler and football player.

After high school my wrestling career concluded but I continued playing football, going on to play at Cabrillo College for two years and then another two years of semi-professional football with the Salinas Spartans. Through my years of training I came to the realization that I enjoy the working out more than the end goal of athletic performance. Now I have fallen in love with weightlifting and bodybuilding style workouts. As a trainer I have a wide and expanding variety of exercises for any goal. I have experience with 1 on 1 and also group HIIT training sessions.

What to Expect

I believe that fitness should be enjoyable and sustainable. Depending on your needs and experience level I will craft a plan to help you reach your goals. We will work safely and diligently so that each session is a step towards your end goal.
