What to Expect
During a typical training session, we will warm up and stretch first and foremost for 5-10 minutes. Then depending on the client's goals we'll dive right into the workout for the day. The session may include boxing, strength/conditioning, circuit work, or functional fitness training, or a combination. Again, the session heavily depends on the client's goals. But the bulk of the hard work will take place 10 minutes into the session. At the end of our session we'll do a cool down stretch for 5 minutes. I enjoy seeing my clients reach the fitness goals they set for themselves when we first met. Seeing them attain their goal and exude self confidence is by far my favorite part of this job.
