About Me

Hi, my name is Heather. I began my training career with Box N Burn Academy, in the same year, I attended the first US BoxingYoga teacher training. BoxingYoga is a sports specific approach which develops concentration, alignment, and coordination. BoxingYoga expands range of movement and flexibility to prevent injuries.

The mission is to ensure measurable results by optimizing the physical and mental wellness to enhance total health. We work together to increase mental clarity, maximize physical capabilities, and increase energetic value. You can expect to gain confidence by developing strength and learning to defend yourself. The controlled intensity of boxing, endurance, and agility training is complemented with BoxingYoga to sharpen the mental muscles. The work we do inside the gym directly translates to your performance outside the gym. Training is an opportunity to test your willpower and determination to push yourself to not give up.
