Taekwondo, a Korean martial art, is a combination of Japanese hard-style karate, Chinese soft-style Kung-Fu, and strict Korean discipline. Taekwondo gained its name in 1955 and serves as one of the largest spreading martial arts in the world today! Taekwondo means " the art of hand and foot."
Henrich's U.S. Taekwondo has much more to offer than a simple kick or punch. This martial art teaches us the importance of discipline and respect. After we understand this, then goals in our lives that seem impossible can truly become possible! Discipline can be built with a strong mind, strong body, and strong spirit!
