What to Expect
What you can expect from a typical training session from me is going through a warm up, getting familiarized with technique, movement, & balance so that you are 150% comfortable with your body. Depending on the level of athletic ability you are in at the moment, I personalize certain drills & workouts for you. This is a full body workout all in one hour! These sessions also take place at the martial arts gym I instruct at, Glory martial Arts.
