About Me

Hi, my name is Jeff Yeager. Come and share my decades of experience and enjoy a unique, one-on-one, personalized workout in my totally private, exceptionally equipped, personal gym. Fitness has been my lifelong passion for as long as I can remember. I have always been enamored by the way the human body is capable of adapting to the many demands put on it, both through nature and physical training, particularly when the training is optimized for specific results.

I began working as a fitness instructor in 1976, received my first certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM)) in 1991 and began doing business as Body by Yeager in 1994.

Abundant health became of increasing interest to me over the past two to three decades, particularly after witnessing the devastating effects that the lack of exercise and good nutrition has had on several of my friends and own family members. (including fatal heart attacks, diabetes and disabling strokes.) I have been studying holistic nutrition and providing my clients the myth busting knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s world ever since.

After years of juggling my clients around available equipment and other club member’s sweaty bodies in various facilities, I expanded my own personal gym and began training my clients here. I now train all my clients exclusively in my truly awesome private gym, where the focus is 100% on you. You even get to control the music.

What to Expect

Using my personalized, 5 Step - holistic metabolic acceleration system, we will first discover what's up; your goals, desires and physical needs will be thoroughly assessed to determine the best path and starting point for you. We then activate muscles, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility to improve your posture and appearance as well as eliminate pain and improve mobility. A strong mind/body connection will then be established, enhancing athletic and functional performance. The gradually increasing demand that has been put on your body will have you now working harder and getting stronger, accelerating your metabolism, releasing “feel good” hormones and burning more fat, even while you are sleeping. We can then apply your newly acquired strength and skills to the most effective and functional metabolism boosting exercises that are best for you.
