How Many Years Have You Been Training?
I have had my own personal training business for 26 years, which began with 4 years of managing a back and neck rehabilitation center for an orthopedist. I have a strong passion for helping my clients to achieve their best health and life, and to feel and look their best. I have trained many of my clients for more than 18 years, and truly care for each of them. I do my best to make a great positive difference in each of their lives, including their physical health, confidence level, and attitude. I strive to customize each individual's program according to their unique needs, goals, and limitations. I incorporate a variety of different types of training techniques to make each session challenging, interesting, safe, and fun. Workouts may include strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, conditioning, agility, rehabilitative, and functional exercises (focuses on movements necessary in everyday life, and proper body mechanics), TRX (suspension and rip training), tabata, HIIT (high intensity interval training), plyometric, boot camp, and sports specific training, yoga, and mat pilates, in addition to traditional training, depending on the individual's needs. I offer nutrition, weight loss, weight management, postural alignment, neck and back stabilization and conditioning, and injury prevention. I work with all fitness levels and all ages, from youth to older adult.I would love the opportunity to work with you, and will do my very best to make your training experience as enjoyable and rewarding as I possibly can. I am available to train in private homes, at beaches, in parks, and in several private health clubs, from San Clemente to Monarch Beach.
