I have been training clients in the privacy and comfort of their homes for over 15 years now. All my people have been with me at least a year with the exception of one. Of those the majority have been with me 5-10 years. I would like to think it is my sparkly personality and sense of humor. More likely it is the fact that they trust me to keep them safe. By that I mean listening to their goals, giving them experience appropriate exercises and teaching them great form. If I don't results, I don't get paid.
Getting older is inevitable, feeling older is a choice. I grew up a tall, skinny, weak kid with asthma. I know what it is like to be unhappy with your body and how it affects your self-esteem. As we get older, the effects of life start limiting what we can do. Actually we start thinking we are limited but it isn't true. If you have any neck, back, hip or knee issues, I may be able to help you through exercise and mobility training.
I am in my fifties now and most of my clients are in the 40-70 age range. If you are over 40 and looking for a trainer, you absolutely need to get one that understands that we need to train differently.
