My work stands out from others because I take the time to find out what your goals are and design a plan specifically for you. You can't get that kind of attention in large groups or boot camps.
I love being able to help people get the most out of their workouts. So many times people think they are doing the right thing, but are in fact doing more harm than good. My strength is to customize workouts for clients that fit their goals and lifestyle.
I also realize that people have specific issues that they want help with (e.g. back, shoulder, knee pain) and I provide corrective exercises that will help alleviate them.
