About Me

I've been training for close to 15 years now and I've had anything from first timers to very advanced, ages ranging from 8-96 years old. I've lived in the Coral Springs area for close to 8 years now. So far I've helped I don't know how many individuals either start their fitness journey, lose "x" number of pounds, or even just a refresher with a new twist on some old ideas. No matter what it is, I'm certain I can help you get to where you want to be.

What to Expect

Typically this is the order - brief warm up focusing on the workouts that day, address any problem areas to focus on any further stretching or more focused warm up patterns, go over the workout for that session, and the last 5-10 minutes stretching/cool down to work on flexibility
