About Me

Hello, my name is Rachelle. I am a registered dietitian and personal trainer. I have a passion for health, nutrition, and fitness. I have personal experience as a long distance runner, sprinter, gymnast, and pole-vaulter and spent time in college as a Division I NCAA track and field athlete. While I work full time as a registered dietitian in the hospital setting, I am looking to expand my career in the fitness world. I am a new personal trainer, but ready to work with individuals who are new to exercise. Lets help each other reach our goals :)
