What to Expect
During each session, a client can be expected to be held accountable for previous training/nutrition homework and previous goals. Then a client is coached on what he/she can improve on and is congratulated on what he/she is doing well. Afterwards, the client is taken through a workout where he/she knows how the workout fits into the training as a whole and is taught proper form and intensity. Effective cardio, stretching, and resistance training is implemented during each workout. After the workout the client is given homework where the client can do addition home or gym workouts later in the week until the following training session.
