About Me

I've had an interest in physical fitness since childhood. I got involved with sports at the age of 10, martial arts at 13, weightlifting at 18 and became an entertainer at 22. I've been a personal trainer for more than 20 years and love watching my clients achieve their desired results. Over the years, I have worked with many clients ranging from kids to seniors, including entertainers who have had varied injuries. I live and train near the beach and can tailor training sessions to your desired interests and location.

What to Expect

All training sessions are custom tailored to each individual client and their specific needs. Typical training sessions last an hour and consist mostly of resistance training from weights, cables, machines, body weight or a combination of all of these. Cardio training is also incorporated depending on goals. I also teach teach kickboxing at the request of the client. If you want to create results, I am here to develop a program for you that will deliver.
