Hey guys whats up! My name is Antonio. I am a personal trainer and lover everything fitness can offer to an individual's physical and mental as well as spiritual lifestyle. I am an overall fitness enthusiast as I have been active and in sports almost all my life. I played soccer growing up and finishing my time playing in college. Before getting into personal training, there was a time period after playing soccer where I gained extra weight that made me uncomfortable. I went up to 257 Lbs to be at my heaviest and managed to work y way down to 177 lbs my lowest after that point. That really motivated me to influence people on how they too could accomplish similar goals and go through similar obstacles that I went through in order to help me lose weight and build muscle during one of the most embarrassing and uncomfortable times with myself. As a personal trainer, my background is aiding people in losing weight, building lean muscle and build an overall healthier body composition. My style of training offers an individual the ability to regain their strength in the areas where they would most find useful in life such as their mobility work, flexibility, balance, all in which will help strengthen their overall optimal strength.
