Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the art of Taekwondo and other martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.
Through extensive testing, certification and tournament level competition, our staff has attained mastery in this martial art and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students.

Will Florence (HEAD MMA INSTRUCTOR / GM)
Will Florence Absolute Kickboxing Head Instructor/GM, whom Co-Founded AMMA's Martial Art System which combines techniques from Boxing, Kickboxing & Jiu-Jitsu. As a Black Belt Instructor with 24 years of Martial Arts experience and competition is widely known for his Ground N Pound and Kickboxing techniques, which is crucial to any MMA career.
John Estes (Relson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu)
Hi my name is John Estes and I am a Relson Gracie Brazilian Jiu jitsu instructor. I served in the United States Army for 4yrs. My M.O.S in the United States Army is 11Bravo also known as Infantryman. My Infantryman basic was in 2005 summer and AIT was 2006 at Fort Benning Georgia. While I was in the Army I went to the following schools later on in my military career. Airassualt school at Fort Bliss,TX. Airborne School at Fort Bennig, GA. (RIP) Ranger Indoctrination Program at Fort Benning,GA. FBCB2 School and more. I ETS’D from the Army in 2008. Also while I was in the army I received my combatives training, weapons, and hand to hand combat training. I am so excited about being able to bring my experience and training to help others develop their Mixed Martial Arts experience.
Scott Koske (Personal Trainer, Strenght and Conditioning Coach)

He has been an athletic trainer since 2004 and has been professional training since 2006. He specializes in athletic conditioning and weight loss but enjoys all aspects of training. Whether it's getting ready for your wedding of getting ready for bathing suit session, he does what he does out of love for healthier living and improving your quality of life. Scott grew up playing almost every sport he could, ranging anywhere from golf and tennis (which he played through high school) to hockey and mma. He feels that becasue of his experience he is well equiped to tackle any training challenge he faces. Scott is a young energetic guy who loves to have fun and feels that training shouldn't feel like work. He is a great fit for anyone who doesn't enjoy working out or doesn't have the motivation to do it themselves, because he feels the same way.
