What to Expect
Our session will be spent learning the exercise basics; form, posture, tempo, rest. We will also discuss in depth nutrition and mindset, as well as why they must go hand in hand with exercise to achieve true success. I believe in teaching my clients the WHY behind everything we do because people work harder when they truly understand the true benefits. I place a huge emphasis on core strength and addressing proper form. You'll find a lot of supersets in my workouts to increase Muscular Endurance as well as induce fatigue. Add a 30-second cardio move between each set and you won't have an excuse not to get the results you want.
