What to Expect
For all my services, you are entitled to a free, no-obligation consultation where we will review your goals and establish a program that best suits your physical and financial needs. Once we determine the best course of action for your goals, our sessions will begin. The sessions may consist of cardio, strength training, or rehabilitation work and they may revolve around fitness or self defense tactics. Each session is unique to the package and each package is tailored to the individual's needs.
