Hi, my name is Amy and I own The Fit Females specializing in women’s and senior’s fitness.

I have personally been weight training since I was in my late teens, having been introduced to it by a boyfriend at the time. I just simply never stopped. I find it challenging, empowering, stress-relieving, confidence building and health-enhancing.

What to Expect

You can expect a workout tailored to your specific needs, condition, abilities with the goal of improving balance, flexibility and strength. Taking into account any injuries (or susceptible injuries), you’ll be surprised how quickly you progress (as your abilities allow), and you’ll have a great time doing it!
