What to Expect
First, we'll always recap your week- wins, challenges, and look at other metrics such as sleep, nutrition, recreational time, focused time, etc. We will also discuss strategies for a strong week ahead. From there, we begin with joint mobility, followed by a session that is completely designed for *you*. During this time, I'll explain as much about training as I possibly can to impart as much of my training knowledge as I can. I'll check in with you afterwards to get your feedback to ensure that each session gets closer and closer to your ideal session. I will leave you with a small bit of "homework", and check in with you during the week to see how it's going. I share a lot of information with you because my goal is to create fitness enthusiasts-- my goal is to get you to a place where you don't need me anymore :)
