About Me

Ashley begins every morning contemplating her favorite quote, “Aspire to be.” Growing up in an Olympic family, she was raised with a health oriented mindset and a passion for athletics. This inspired her lifelong career in fitness. Always in search of a new approach towards building cardio and staying in shape, in 2010 Ashley tried a Pilates class and immediately became passionate about specialized niche fitness programs. Instantly, she found a connection between this contemporary, fast paced, cardio pumping class and her inner self. Seeking more knowledge about this philosophy, Ashley aspired to become a Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Hiit, TRX, Spin and personal trainer. Her creative and unique expertise, leadership, and inspired instruction empower both men and women to build their endurance and strength. With more than eight years in the fitness industry; Ashley has worked in a physical therapy office performing PT Pilates to aid with fast recovery. She is highly skilled in communicating with the client’s physical therapist/doctors in order to create the perfect exercises to speed up recovery. Ashley is also a certified Reformer Pilates instructor who has created a unique style; a method she likes to call fitness Pilates. "I think of this method like personal training on a machine with a hint of contemporary Pilates. The more unique I make the lessons, the more fun we have! I focus on compound moves to get the most benefit squats planks, lunges, and pushups.” Ashley is also a certified Power yoga teacher and adores mixing yogic routines to making each session unique and different. Ashley is also certified in Indoor cycling and currently studying to become a nutrition coach. She is also trained in Trx, Circuit, HIIT, and Barre. Ashley’s fascination with health and fitness involves all aspects of training and that’s why when training with her, you will get a full workout with a mix of multiple forms of fitness. Ashley has taught over 8,000 classes and still falls in love with fitness every day!
