Brian Hobson Karate Studio is a traditional Shorin-Ryu Karate dojo, with two locations in Hampton, VA and Yorktown, VA. Our dojo is also the U.S. Headquarters for the Kiyobukan Association. Our dojo has been open since 1999, and has been making champions both nationally and internationally since.

Brian Hobson Karate is deeply committed to preserving traditional Okinawan Karate as it was originally taught by the many great teachers who came before. We are very proud that we can trace our heritage to the original Okinawan Karate masters (view our lineage).
