About Me

Hi, my name is Christa. I am certified through ACE, American Council on Exercise. I am a prior step aerobics instructor and have created my own choreography for my classes. I am also a client myself, with my own trainer. I take different webinars and attend several seminars to expand my knowledge and keep up to date. With these experiences and continued learning, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.

I believe in emotionally connecting with my clients. I am an emotional eater and have the upmost empathy for my clients who also suffer from food addiction. I have struggled with my weight for years. I know most of the challenges and excuses. This allows me to relate on a more involved level with my clients. Accountability is a major component of training. Some of the ways I track the accountability of my clients is by having an initial phone call, as well as weekly calls for follow up. Sporadic check-ins through text or email is also important. I understand that adapting new fitness and eating habits can be challenging. Healthy eating suggestions and exercise ensures the best results for my clients. I have my own personal weight loss tips that really work! It is a mental and emotional challenge. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

It is SO important to be healthy and fit. Thousands of people lost their lives to COVID-19 due to underlying health conditions such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes and lung issues. Thousands of others are stuck home, are not eating healthy and are not getting the exercise they need. Let me help you stay healthy!

What to Expect

One of my clients is a single woman, around 39 yrs of age. She was looking to lose around 25 lbs. and increase her athletic ability. She also was an emotional eater. I made general suggestions on healthy eating, along with cardio exercises she did on her own a few times a week and two training sessions a week with me. She not only found out how athletic she actually was, but she was able to alter her eating habits, through her own separate weight loss program, while still enjoying her favorite foods, in moderation. Her mental changes were key. She was happy to reach this goal for her 40th birthday party and she looked amazing!
