What to Expect
My personal training style is based on each individual's goals, fitness levels, age, injuries and personality. I have worked with all age groups and all fitness levels .I have worked with knee, shoulder, back and hip injuries to improve quality of life and relieve pain. You do not have to be intimidated, shy or think that you have to wait to get in shape in order to work together. If you are training for an event or you want to push yourself to a higher level of fitness, I will challenge you and make you do all the exercises you would not do on your own. My passion is guiding my clients to feeling healthier and stronger.
