Hi, my name is Elexis. I'm an accountant turned trainer-when I had to start choosing between time for work and time for the gym...I decided to work at the gym!
Sports and fitness has been a huge part of my independent development and a staple in my lifestyle.
I started young with ballet, soccer, and track and field. As I got older I started practicing kick boxing, yoga, Krav maga and calisthenic training. Now my training regimen includes weight training and powerlifting, plyometrics, interval training, barre and flexibility training.
I train my clients with a variety of modalities from an all battle rope workout, to balance and stability training, to weight lifting and mass building programs.
I have experience with clients from ages 15 to 85, and goals that vary from sports performance enhancement to weight loss or even mobility improvement.
