What to Expect
Each session is 1 hour long. I like to switch things up to ensure you never hit plateaus, so every day will be a different workout. We will begin with a warm up specific to what our focus will be for the day. I will demonstrate all the exercises for you to show you proper form and technique. I will coach you through your workout until we have about 5 minutes left of our time, and we will spend the last few minutes cooling down and stretching the muscle groups we've worked for the day.
