What to Expect
When a client starts with me, I teach them postural, "rules" to prevent injury and get the most of the session. Those rules are reinforced each session as I believe safety to be paramount. Education is high on my list, so during rest periods I explain why we are doing a specific exercise and the benefits of it. I try and keep it fun, and I want the client to feel as if they had a great workout they could not have gotten from a magazine or online.
