When I was 11 years old, I would grab my sister's weights and sneak up to my room to make up fitness routines and then teach them to my imaginary participants. From that point on, I was hooked — fitness became an integral part of my life. From becoming a competitive swimmer growing up, to a group fitness instructor with the YMCA and LA Fitness, and then to a personal trainer with boutique studios, to currently having my own personal training business, FluidFitness, I have a diverse training background which allows me to incorporate as much variety as my clients desire.
Working out can be enjoyable. My training style is encouraging and I love to incorporate as much fun as possible in each session. Over the last 15+ years, I've have worked with clients with a variety of goals . . . weight loss, strength gaining, toning, diastasis recti reversal (post-pregnancy), improved flexibility, post injury rehab, etc. I train each of my clients at a location of their choosing in the Spring Hill and Thompson’s Station areas, bringing the gym to them.
