I am an Atlanta-based fitness specialist with more than 15 years of experience helping people from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness goals. With a style I like to call "Progressive Strength Training," I specialize in helping individuals gain the physical body that they desire from adding muscle to toning to fat loss. My uniquely customized programs successfully produce long-term behavioral modifications and vastly improved physical appearance, overall health and quality of life. My own quest to achieve strength, balance and symmetry has helped me to fine tune my training methods and apply what I have learned to my clients. I have the ability to bring my clients outstanding success and it has helped me to become a better trainer. My ultimate goal is to help as many people as I can along the way.
