What to Expect
I am a traveling in-home trainer. This means I train my clients in their homes or apartment gyms. The first session is always an assessment session where we talk in-depth about your goals, expectations, your workout history, and current nutrition. Based on the information I collect during this first session I am able to create a workout routine that fits your needs and schedule. The content of the actual workout sessions depends on different factors like your goals, workout history, and possible injuries or other limitations. My work highly focuses on the mind-body connection. Only the right combination of exercise, nutrition, mindset, and habits will get you results.
