What to Expect
Each session is customized based on the clients needs. A typical session will be 35-45 mins of strength and circuit training followed by 5-10 minutes of core work followed by 5-10 minutes of soft tissue work and stretching.
I am a Certified Master Trainer specializing in Women’s Physique, Weight Loss, Athletic Performance Training, Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Management. I currently have 5 certifications and an extensive history working with athletes and individuals with injuries.
I competed collegiately and professionally in tennis and after a unfortunate a career ending hip injury I had to give up not only my scholarship & my sponsors but the sport I had lived and breathed for over 15 years. In 2016 while finishing at my degree at UC Irvine I started my business and have continued to grow my brand and develop my expertise helping hundreds of clients reach their goals over the past five years.
My programs are designed to instill in each client core training principles of education, performance, & recovery. I am passionate about helping clients push through their comfort level, over come obstacles and achieve what they never thought was possible. I love to help individuals transform their lives and ultimately the way they think and feel about their bodies through fitness & nutrition.
