Hi, my name is Katarina. I grew up a competitive soccer player. After a career ending injury, my passion transitioned into the gym. I became NASM Certified in 2016. Since then I have gotten my B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal Baptist and specialization certs in Maximum Interval Training and Client Behavior Change. I also coach High School Soccer. I recently moved back to Colorado and I'm so excited to be back!
