What to Expect
I am a good listener and take someone's whole lifestyle into account when figuring out how I will structure someone's programming. I also want to know about someone's lifestyle so that I can help with their fitness, nutrition, and stress management outside of the gym to help optimize their results and health. I am a stickler for form, so I will be giving you my 100% attention and focus. I focus on execution of basic strength training movements done extremely well so as to get stronger and more efficient.
