What to Expect
As a trainer I like to make our workouts fun! I try to switch up the exercises so that you are not getting bored and your muscles are being worked in different ways! I am very understand when it comes to pain or soreness, so as long as you communicate with me on what hurts/what you don't like to do, then I will be able to plan effective workouts for you so that YOU can achieve your goals. After all, it is all up to YOU, I'm only here to help you in any way that I can.
