We’re a young, friendly constantly-growing club, with vastly experienced and respected trainers, dedicated to offering the highest standards of training in a supportive and respectful atmosphere.

Kenshiro Muay Thai offers an authentic Muay Thai learning experience for all levels, from beginner to expert. Take part in group lessons, private classes, sparring or train at competition level with us.

With a stable of fighters establishing themselves on the UK competition circuits in Muay Thai, MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, plus dozens more students honing themselves into the shape of their lives, our expert tuition can cover all your training needs, whether you’re a seasoned competitor or a total martial arts novice.

Drop in classes are £7. First session is free! If it's your first time no need to book, choose a class, check the timetable, and just turn up!
