What to Expect
Loads of energy, support, leadership, positivity and encouragement. First a dynamic warm up, with integrated moves that give special attention to the specific areas we’ll be working on. Next, a customized exercise sequence based on your goals and needs, as well as the equipment you have available. Lastly, I may include a “cool down,” a cardio program (do on your own) to follow and more stretching if needed. I also provide a program to use on days we’re not working together if it is necessary or requested. Your program can be tailored to use in your home, your gym, or both. I also offer 1-on-1 personal training, tandem/couple sessions and also group training sessions if you and your friends would like small private group training sessions. I have experience with all ages and fitness levels, but I specialize in working with women. I love to focus on posture, form and functional exercises which train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.
