What to Expect
My ultimate goal is to completely cater your training to your individual goals and expectations. This means most of the work will be communication beforehand so that I know exactly what these goals of yours are. At the training session, I will first map out the initial plan I've made for our session so you know what to expect and we can make any changes or discuss any questions and concerns. I will then coach you through each portion by first demonstrating the movement and then coaching you through it. My number one concern is that you are performing each rep with proper form, so I will always watch for that.
