About Me

Hi, my name is Lindsay. When I started my fitness journey I was far from healthy. I was 21 years old, 5'5 and weighed over 250 lbs. I was actually just looking for a second job and started working the front desk at a local gym. Over the next two years I tried every diet and workout routine under the sun. Not because its necessary to achieve your goals, but because I wanted to learn what worked best for me. I lost over 100 lbs., studied and trained to become a certified personal trainer, and was promoted to manage the same gym I began in. I then moved to South Florida and quickly fell in love. We began a family and I gained more than enough weight while pregnant. 80 lbs. too much. I was once again over 200 lbs. Work, new mom life, and any excuse I could think of got in the way. Finally one day an old client contacted me asking to train again and it hit me. How could I train someone when I wasn't using healthy habits myself? And that's when I began Healthy Habits with Lindsay!

Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing and feeling the way you want to again!

What to Expect

For my clients there is no typical training session. Every session is made for each individual and constantly different.
