Watford's number 1 and only full-time Muay Thai Gym with - 6 instructors offering different styles of Muay Thai together holding UK rankings, fought out in Thai stadiums, spend years training in Thai land and dedicating decades of the life to the sport. Kickboxing - We have 2 instructors teaching K1 style, these instructors have both competed in the sport and often visit Holland to train Dutch K1 3 Boxing coaches offering sessions most days of the week for Beginner to Pro level Youth Initiative offering 14 - 16-year-olds the chance to accelerate their potential using sports and mind coaching, leadership and life skills over the course of a year. Charity Boxing and MMA - Having raised over £250,000 over the last 2 years we intend on making every progression to double that over the next 2 years. We are open most of the day from 7 am till 9 pm weekdays and various times at the weekend.
