About Me

Hi, my name is Madalynne. I have been a coach for the last 2 years at locations such as Fitness Quest 10, Fitwall Solana Beach, and recently under SoheeFit Systems. I specialize in strength training for fat loss, lean muscle gain, and behavior change. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA and a certified personal trainer through NASM. I have my bachelors of science in preventative medicine with a specialization in exercise science and nutrition from the University of California, San Diego. Since graduating, I've worked with over 100 women towards their fitness goals to help them to develop sustainable habits that can keep them healthy and fit for their lifetime.

What to Expect

1 hr of resistance training, lots of laughs, encouragement, and fun. I'm passionate about helping women get strong, build lean muscle, and shed body fat using evidence-based methods. I help women break free from years of yo-yo dieting & fitness challenges
