What to Expect
My clients should expect to be challenged and pushed to do their best. I tailor each session to fit my clients needs and goals so no two sessions are alike. I want my clients to work on their goals but also push them to do things they might not think they're capable of. I mix in strength training, endurance training and HIIT. Most importantly, I create a relationship with every one of my clients. I want them to enjoy their time working out and their time with me. Each person is different, every person has a different story, and I want to get to know you.
