What to Expect
You can always expect commitment, communication and participation with me. Not only do I thoroughly lay out the expectations of our session, but i also walk you through each workout, each motion and I am constantly checking "temperature" along the way for accuracy or discomfort. It is most important to master the motions before moving on, the strength will come along. My goal isn't to train you forever, sorry! My goal is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to change your own life! My philosophy is based off mastering the fundamentals; Repetition and building strength by successfully connecting your mind to your muscles and listening to your body.
