What to Expect
Sessions will be clients specific based on their goals. Initial sessions will be verbal & physical assessments and then a customized goal plan will be detailed by myself & the client . I always incorporate exercises that the clients enjoy as well as challenge clients to achieve what they once thought they couldn’t, always in a supportive & motivating atmosphere. Comfort & trust are key when it comes to working together - we are real people with emotions and daily life stresses & expectations and that’s always taken into account.
